The Online Group English and Mathematics Booster Programme is a small group learning programme for children in Primary 1 to 4.
Running from October 2026 to June 2027, the programme helps children strengthen the essential reading, writing, language and mathematical skills on which later learning depends.
Through live lessons, guided practice, interactive activities and regular assessment, children develop greater accuracy, understanding and confidence in English and mathematics.
The programme supports children who need help consolidating their schoolwork as well as children who are progressing securely and ready for greater challenge.
The primary years shape how children see themselves as learners.
When children understand what they are learning, experience steady progress and receive appropriate encouragement, they become more confident in the classroom and more willing to attempt unfamiliar tasks.
During these important years, children need to develop secure foundations in:
Early gaps in literacy or numeracy can affect a child’s confidence and make later learning more difficult. Equally, children who are progressing well need suitable challenge so that they continue developing curiosity, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
Key Stage 1 Foundations

Students receive activities through Google Classroom and Seesaw to reinforce the learning completed during the live lessons.
These activities allow students to:
1. Practise newly taught skills
2. Consolidate English and mathematics learning
3. Complete guided homework
4. Review areas requiring further practice
5. Develop independent learning habits
6. Participate in interactive and gamified activities
7. Continue learning when a live class has been missed and an alternative activity has been provided
Every student completes a baseline assessment at the beginning of the programme.
The assessment helps Jordan Hill understand the student’s current level in areas such as:
1. Reading
2. Writing
3. Spelling and language use
4. Number knowledge
5. Mathematical fluency
6. Reasoning and problem solving
The findings help ensure that teaching is informed, appropriate and responsive to the needs of
the students in each group.
Students also complete monthly quizzes and short assessments to help tutors monitor
understanding and progress.
Students are placed in separate groups according to their stage of learning:
1. Key Stage 1 Foundations for Primary 1 and 2
2. Lower Key Stage 2 Development for Primary 3 and 4
The small group format allows children to receive focused support while benefiting from discussion, interactive activities and learning alongside other children.
Students receive:

Weekly learning commitment
Two one hour lessons each week
Every student receives two one hour lessons each week. One lesson focuses on English and the other focuses on mathematics.
Students also receive access to guided activities, homework and practice materials through Google Classroom and Seesaw.
Yes. Every student completes a baseline assessment at the beginning of the programme.
The assessment helps Jordan Hill understand the student’s present English and mathematics skills so that teaching can be informed and responsive.
Yes. The baseline assessment is included in the programme fee.
The programme is delivered in small groups so that students can receive focused support while learning alongside other children.
The maximum group size should be added once it has been confirmed.
Yes. Each student is expected to register for both weekly sessions:

Missed classes are non refundable.
Where Jordan Hill receives at least twenty four hours’ notice, a recording of the live lesson may be shared with the parent. An alternative catch up activity may also be made available.
The complete programme costs ₦10,000 per week for two lessons.
A four week month costs ₦40,000, while a five week month costs ₦50,000.
The first month’s programme fee must be paid to secure the student’s place and gain access to the registration form.

Jordan Hill uses baseline assessment, monthly quizzes, short assessments, classwork and tutor feedback to monitor progress.
