Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content that reflects the work and values of Jordan Hill

• Write captions and suggest relevant content ideas

• Design attractive promotional flyers and graphics using Canva

• Publish content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Respond professionally and promptly to enquiries from parents

• Manage Jordan Hill WhatsApp messages and communications

• Follow up with prospective parents and families

• Assist with maintaining accurate student and parent records

• Assist with scheduling classes, meetings and appointments

• Send class reminders and relevant updates to tutors and parents

• Support the promotion of Jordan Hill programmes and student enrolment

• Maintain records of enquiries, responses and registrations

• Prepare simple reports on social media engagement, enquiries and enrolment activities

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should:

• Have experience managing social media accounts for a business, school or organisation

• Be able to use Canva confidently

• Have good written and spoken English

• Write clear, engaging and grammatically accurate captions

• Be organised, dependable and attentive to detail

• Communicate professionally with parents, tutors and prospective clients

• Be able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

• Have reliable internet access and a suitable computer

• Be comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Mailchimp and online meeting platforms

• Understand the importance of confidentiality when handling student and parent information

Experience in education, tutoring, children’s programmes or customer service would be an added advantage.
